Proposals must be submitted to the Vice-Chair of the Student Senate no later than 4:30 PM each Wednesday to appear on the agenda for that given week. Proposals must be complete and dropped off at the Student government Offices in the Woodbury Campus Center. Please contact Emily Fitch for more information on the proposal process at Emily.Fitch@maine.edu or at 228-8501. Agendas will be posted on Blackboard 24 hours in advance of each meeting and at the Student Senate Offices in Gorham and Portland.
If you are interested in joining the student senate or a committee, contact Senator Jenn Cote: jennifer.r.cote@maine.edu. In most cases, student senate committees have voting seats for students who are not senators.
