$50 Deposit for Baltimore Eastern Division Conference is due Friday, November 19. Give money to Will and sign the MENC contract and the BSO release form.
Fundraising Efforts
Bowling!! MENC is hosting a bowling night at Yankee Lanes in Portland on the last Thursday of classes (December 9) from 10pm - Midnight. What a great way to relax before finals! Tickets are $10, including shoes. Contact an MENC officer to buy your tickets or watch for tables outside the cafeteria or email MENC at USMMENC@hotmail.com.
Congratulations to the winners of the Murdery Myster Dinner. Thank you all who bought tickets and supported our fundraising efforts.
Congratulations to our newly elected officers. They will begin their tenure at the beginning of the Spring Semester. Ben Potvin is President, Sarah Dresner is Vice-President, Will Wohler is Secretary and Erin Cashman is Treasurer. Congratulations.

All State Auditions will be in place of a meeting this week. Check the MENC board in Corthell for your assignments. Email us if you would like to help and have not signed up. See a copy of our meeting schedule.
Eastern Division Conference
If you plan on attending the Eastern Division Conference (which you are highly encouraged to do), you must make a deposit of $50 on November 19 and a second deposit of $50 on December 10. These are non-refundable. Please see any of the officers with questions, and give payments to Will. The estimated cost of the trip is $300 without fundraised money.Officers
