If you can't attend these dates please contact
us as soon as possible so we can make accommodations for your officers.
Remember, Your Treasurer and one other Officer must attend a SOOT
Session and complete the Certification in order to sign Purchase Orders.
This is a REQUIREMENT, not a recommendation.

IMPORTANT:
If your group fails to get both your
treasurer and another Officer SOOT Certified by February 9,
2007 or have failed to contact us regarding your inability to attend
either of the above SOOT Sessions by the above date, we will be forced
to freeze your
account. This means you will not be able to access any funds, including
your fundraised money. SOOT Certification is imperative to the
successful operations of your group. Please keep this in mind!
